The comprehensive legal guidelines governing our professional relationships, project execution, and intellectual property protection.

1.0 Retainer Structure Framework

All bespoke commissions require a firm, non-refundable structural design retainer allocation prior to initial 3D site scanning deployment and materials matching.

The retainer fee covers initial consultation, site assessment, concept development, and preliminary design documentation. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total project value and varies based on project complexity and scope.

2.0 Architectural Intellectual Property

All engineering blueprint vectors, interior asset configuration plans, and unique structural joinery systems developed by naturedecorhub remain exclusively proprietary artistic assets of the studio.

Clients are granted a license to use the designs for their specific project. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of design materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

3.0 Scope of Work

We provide detailed project briefs that outline all phases of the engagement, from initial consultation through to final installation and styling. Each phase includes specific deliverables and milestones.

4.0 Payment Terms & Schedules

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement and must be adhered to for project continuity. Invoices are issued at each project milestone as defined in the payment schedule.

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month, and work may be paused until payments are brought current.

💳 Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, and secure online payment portal. All payments are processed through encrypted channels.

5.0 Liability & Warranties

naturedecorhub provides professional design services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to construction errors, material defects, or contractor performance.

Our designs are based on the information provided by clients and site conditions at the time of assessment. We recommend that all designs be reviewed by licensed contractors and engineers before construction begins.

6.0 Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If termination occurs, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. Additional fees may be incurred based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation and the resources already allocated to the project.

📝 Notice Period: 30 days written notice is required for termination. All outstanding invoices must be paid upon termination.

7.0 Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and professionally. In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Copenhagen, Denmark, and the language shall be English.
